What is Value Engine?
Value Engine is a low-volume AI win-betting service. Each morning the model prices every UK & Irish runner, then compares its prices to the live market. When the market gives us a horse cheaper than the model rates it, we publish. No volume for volume's sake — only the bets the maths says are wrong.
How it works
- Model prices every UK & Irish runner overnight, building a "true odds" picture for the day.
- Live market prices are compared at first show — the system only fires when the gap is big enough.
- Roughly one selection per day published by 11:00 AM. Often zero. Never more than two.
- You back at the recommended min odds via any bookmaker.

Because that is literally what it does — a model engine that hunts value (where the market has priced a horse longer than its true chance of winning).
Is it really free?
Yes, during the public trial. The plan is to move to paid once we are happy with the audited track record. Subscribers from the trial will get first dibs.
How does this differ from Betty Lays?
Same AI engine, opposite market. Value Engine looks for horses to back (the market has priced too long). Betty Lays looks for horses to lay (the market has priced too short).
