For anyone new - this is a quick rundown of how everything performed over the past week. To get it all covered in time the week runs Saturday to Friday, so yesterday's bets are the start of next Sunday's email.
I prefer to be honest and call a spade a spade - good weeks and bad weeks both get reported.
All results are £1 level stakes at Betfair, after 2% commission.
FREE STUFF
HMS Lay 1 & HMS Lay 2 - NEW
Two lay systems that have been running quietly in xCloudBot since 21 August, and from yesterday they go out free every morning by email and in the Telegram group, with the previous day's results underneath.
HMS Lay 1 is the busy one, a handful of lays most racing days. 47 lays this week with 31 beaten for +8.77. October was +26.02 and the full record since 21 August is 507 lays, +58.66.
HMS Lay 2 is pickier, fewer bets and some days none at all. 32 lays this week, 23 beaten, +5.35. October +25.17, and 230 lays, +39.77 since 21 August.
Neither is a straight line. Sunday 1 November cost HMS Lay 1 -5.73 and HMS Lay 2 -3.03, and September was a losing month for HMS Lay 1. Most lays win small and the losers cost more, so expect losing days.
They're not live for members on xCloudBot yet - that'll be done in the next couple of days, so look out for an email and Telegram announcement.
Cold Trainer
A poor week. 13 lays, 8 beaten, but the ones that got away were bigger prices - So Farhh at 7.8 and Vanderpoel at 7.0 - and that's -13.62 for the week.
October finished -21.56 and November is -8.60 so far. Since April it's 339 lays and +8.64 overall, so most of the profit built up over the summer has gone back in the last five weeks.
Value Engine (Gap win bets)
6 bets, 2 winners - Snooker Mccrew at 5.3 and Filibustering at 2.08 - for +1.27. October was -9.27.
CHANGES ON XCLOUDBOT
Trainer Spiral & No Form No Place
I had decided to remove both, but some xCloudBot members wanted to keep them (presumably to back them, as they're a poor lay system), so they're staying on xCloudBot.
Andys Lays
After many, many months on xCloudBot, November saw us part ways with Andys Lays. A very poor backing service I was laying - it started well but petered out to about nothing, so it neither works to back or lay after 14 months of testing.
795 lays, 78.11% strike, -7.63 overall. It was +68.11 at the end of July, then August, September and October lost 75.74 between them.

Gap 7, Gap 10 & Gap 12 - win bets placed at BSP
A big week for all three, and almost all of it came on Saturday 31 October: Gap 7 +26.68, Gap 10 +22.58 and Gap 12 +9.55 on the day. Wednesday was the bad day, -11.20 on Gap 7.
Gap 7: 117 bets, 29 winners, +32.34. October +37.89.
Gap 10: 72 bets, 19 winners, +26.53. October +6.74.
Gap 12: 39 bets, 10 winners, +11.06. October finished -3.84, so a good week to put that right.
November so far: Gap 7 +5.66, Gap 10 +3.95, Gap 12 +1.51.

Gap 10 - the most selective of the three Gaps and +26.53 from 72 bets this week.
