Another close second at Newcastle last time will draw punters in again but the handicapper has also raised him another pound here, while this is also an amateur riders’ race.
Also, with no disrespect intended, the jockey for Isle Of Wolves today – Hannah Dring – looks capable enough, but she’s still only had six career rides (1 win) and will be taking on much more experienced riders in Becky Smith (Irv) and Brodie Hampson (Breguet Boy).
Add in CD winner Liberated Lad, who we’ll have running for us, then overall there looks to be enough to take on this ‘hard-to-win with’ 8 year-old once again.
