But this gelding has still only recorded one win from 24 career starts and even though that came just four runs back, it was at Chelmsford and over 1m2f – he’s up to 1m6f today.
Yes, he’s been running well over 1m4f, to suggest a try at today’s distance is worth a go, but this is still a big unknown in terms of trip.
Another niggle if I were a backer would be that the win he recorded also came off a rating of 53 – which is 4lbs lower than today.
The final negative is that trainer William Stone is 0-from-11 here at Wolverhampton – so, all things considered, with CD winners Virtual Hug, Casa Luna and Kitten’s Dream running for us – plus six of the runners who are proven distance winners, then I’m happy to take Dubai Immo on.
