However, that success came on ‘good-to-firm’ ground and will be facing much softer conditions this time (heavy).
In fact, all three of her career wins have some on good, quicker or the AW – and is unraced on anything worse than ‘good-to-soft’.
She’s also been raised 6lbs by the handicapper for that last victory – taking her to a mark of 62 – and with all three career wins coming between 52-56 then she’s got a fair bit to prove on this score too.
In her career, she’s raced five times off a mark of 60 (or higher) and the best she’s managed is a fourth.
Yes, we could have done with some more rivals, but all four that take her on look to have a squeak and so at the prices and being unproven on the ground I’m happy to take Smooth Silesie on.
