Tuesday: Nice and easy 3/3 yesterday on the Spain game. Today is a trickier day with lots on the line. I’m going to Lay Serbia @ 3.65

Denmark were impressive and mostly the better side against England battling back from a goal down to draw, while I think Serbia rode their luck a little in their draw with Slovenia.

Slovenia +1 was of interest with TAA dropping out and hopefully the England site setup a bit more natural, but honestly bar 30 minutes of the opening game England haven’t impressed me and it seems a bit mental backing them to win even against such underdogs, so I’ll skip.

Plus this 8 year-old has recorded only one win from his last 37 starts (both surfaces).

Yes, the handicapper has dropped him another pound and connections have also booked Jonathan Fisher to claim another 5lbs – so on paper he’s going to have a leading chance here.

But that should also help keep the price respectable and despite this he’s still a horse that has struggled to win and has also raced six times here at Brighton and been beaten each time. These would still be big concerns for me if I were a backer.

Only four others taking him on, but three of them are proven course winners, which is a big advantage here at the seaside track.
