How do I subscribe to a tipster?

Visit the tipster's page (e.g., HRN or Betty Lays) and click the Subscribe button. Payment is handled securely via PayPal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your PayPal account, go to Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments, find PuntHub, and cancel. Alternatively, email us and we'll cancel it for you.

How do I access tips after subscribing?

After payment, you'll receive an email with a link to join the relevant Telegram channel. Tips are delivered there daily. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

What is xCloudBot and how do I set it up?

xCloudBot is our automated betting system for Betfair. After subscribing, you'll receive setup instructions via email. See the xCloudBot page for full details.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds on tipster subscriptions as the tips are delivered immediately. However, if you have issues accessing your subscription, contact us and we'll resolve it.
